- Das Model S Mac Restoration
A preamplifier and power board I made for a stereo electret measurement microphone rig. This PCB is optimized for the Primo EM258 or Panasonic WM61 but may be used with others with some resistor value adjustments.
The 'Testing Of Headphone Responses Unit' (TOHRU) is a stereo electret microphone rig used for acoustic measurements. Still a work in progress. Currently has a flat closed-cell foam coupler for headphone measurements.
Sony's MDR-1000X noise cancelling headphones have a minor design flaw, which means there's a plentiful supply of cheap and easily repairable broken high-end noise cancelling headphones on the used market.
I found a Das Model S keyboard in bad shape at the campus surplus store and decided to fix it up (and take a look inside). Be warned, some of the pre-restoration images are pretty disgusting.
